Black-belted instructors train students of all ages in a variety of martial arts. Kickboxing classes draw influence from the lightning quick punches and kicks of shotokan karate. Muay thai teachers impart the important principles behind the science of eight limbs, teaching students to strike not just with hand and foot, but also with elbow and knee.
